My Dearest,

Ever since I was a little girl, I've dreamed big, but like all founders, I started small. Before building Frank & Eileen from a tiny idea, I began my career as an engineer and founded multiple businesses early on—some succeeded and some failed. Decades of experience have taught me this: entrepreneurship is hard, entrepreneurship is messy and most importantly — entrepreneurship is the most powerful driver of positive change for women.

Launching the Frank & Eileen Foundation is a full-circle moment for me. Powered by a community-driven mission, the Foundation will build a legacy of generational impact—creating exponentially more women entrepreneurs who will reshape the entrepreneurial landscape and change our world.
